Kosher Catering Cancellation & Refund Policy

Chabad at Lake Tahoe

We understand that plans can change. Because kosher catering requires advance planning, ingredient purchasing, and food preparation, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all catering orders.

• More than 7 days before the scheduled event: Refund issued, less a 25% cancellation fee.

• 3–7 days before the scheduled event: 50% refund of the total order.

• Less than 3 days before the scheduled event: No refund will be issued.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Any applicable refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

By confirming a catering order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation and refund policy.
